What is your entry?
Good morning brothers and sisters. How is your day? Today I am so thankful for Jesus. Jesus answers prayers and sometimes in ways we didn't even know we needed. But what I want to write about today is our entry. Are we loud and proud or do we come in meek and quiet? So of course, I go to the source when it comes to my behavior, the Bible. And when I opened it up, I bet you can guess what I saw? Jesus rode a donkey, not a mighty horse, but a donkey on His triumphal entry. This entry is the one right before He was crucified. This entry fulfilled prophesy as to who He was. This entry was the beginning of our saving grace. John 12:14-15. Then Jesus, when He had found a young donkey, sat on it; as it is written: 15- Fear nor, daughter of Zion: Behold your King is coming sitting on a donkey's colt. Even coming in on a donkey and not a mighty horse is good enough for Jesus then it is good enough for me. See I don't have to proclaim that I am Christian, the world knows. They know from my entry. I am learning to be meek and mild. I am learning how to shout but not force. I am learning to follow in the steps of Jesus. I am learning that not everyone will accept Him. I am learning to ride a donkey instead of a mighty horse. Have a blessed day. Rise up child of God, rise up!
