What does it mean?

Good Morning brothers and sisters. I pray that this day finds you well. As I have been praying and worshipping and praying and praying some more, scripture has just been like a tennis match going off in my head. We all say these scriptures but does it mean anything. I know we all say scriptures that give us comfort, peace, love. But do we actually know what they mean and how to apply them to our lives. I am going to throw some out there and look inside yourself and see what they mean to you. Galatians 2:20- "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me." Philippians 4:13- "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." John 3:16-"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Philippians 4:19- "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." All those scriptures are so much very true but what about these. Matthew 25:40-41- "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. Then He will also say to those on the left hand. Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels." Matthew 13:41-42- "The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth." 2 Peter 2:4- For God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness to be reserved for judgment. Now, yes we have to look at the whole context of both sets of scriptures. See how when we cut just a small part, how it can make you feel? We want the warm fuzzies but we don't want the fire. The real sad part is we can't have one or the other. I beg of you, read your Bibles. Spend time in the Word of God. Learn from the Holy Spirit that lives within you. Yes get with other true believers not the ones that just want the first set of Scripture and not the second set. Heaven is real but so is hell. Have a blessed day and rise up children of God, rise up!
