To the least of these

Good Morning brothers and sisters. I pray that you had a blessed Christmas. Yesterday I got to be Jesus to the least of these. No this person was not expecting it, didn't ask for it. But as I was with my family, I saw a stranger walking. I asked her how far did she have to go. She had already walked 16 miles from work and still had another 14 to go to get home. But not yesterday. I told her to follow me back to my house so I could get my truck and take her home. We went back to my house and I asked her if she wanted anything to drink and she said water. I got her some water and as we had just finished breakfast, I got her something to eat also. Then we got into the truck and headed to her house. This woman walks 5 hours one way just to make it to work. Then works another 8 hours and then 5 hours home. But yesterday no. By the time she got home, she would only have 2 hours sleep and then have to start walking again. But in it all, she said "It is what it is." She is satisfied with the way her life is. As I get into the truck, I pray Lord we will be riding on your fumes and today is Christmas and no place is open. Needless to say, God got us to her home and back again. But no, God nudge me to take it one step further. We went last night and took her to work so she could rest. So as I was thanking God for allowing and using me today, this scripture is what He took me too. Matthew 25:31-46- When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all he holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them, one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world, for I was hungry and you gave Me good; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. Then the righteous will answer Him, saying "Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?" And the King will answer and say to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. Then He will also say to those on the left hand, Depart from Me, you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels, for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me; sick and in prison and you did not visit Me." Then they also will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, thirsty, or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?' Then He will answer them saying, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me! And these will go away into everlasting punishment but the righteous into eternal life.' Usually we stop at the first half and never read the second half. Jesus divides us. Be Jesus to someone who God lays on your heart to be Jesus too. When we allow the Holy Spirit to guide us, we will know who is right and who is wrong and we will not get hurt. Trust the Lord to show you. But be Jesus. Will you be on the right or on the left? Have a blessed day and rise up children of God, rise up!
