Pour it on us!
Good morning brothers and sisters! I guess the time for sweet, sugar-coated messages is gone! We have had those for so long! I have been crying out to Jesus to "rend the heavens". That really means to open me up, make in me a pure heart and clean hands. Psalm24:3-4. 3- Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? 4- He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. That is what I am asking the Lord to do. Because I can't create in me a pure heart and clean hands, but when I deny myself, the Lord can do it. I know He will do it. When He "rend the heavens" He will bring forth righteousness. Isaiah 45:8-10. 8- Rain down, you heavens from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it. 9- Woe to him who strives with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to him who forms it, 'What are you making?' or shall your handiwork say, 'He has no hands?' 10- Woe to him who says to his father, 'What are you begetting?' Or to the woman, 'What have brought forth?' Thank you to my sweet sister who aids me on this journey. She corrects me when I am wrong and she lifts me up with wisdom and discernment. Thank you, April! Ask the Lord to 'rend the heavens' in your heart and let Him rain righteousness down on you. Rise up child of God, rise up!
