Path of Light

Good morning brothers and sisters. Today as I sit here studying, well I will not tell you where I was when the thought entered into my brain, but anyways. I had two words come to mind- path and light. We are all on journey and most of us seek the heavenly- that is our reward. We all have paths to choose so stick with me a moment. The words came from Psalm 119:105- Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Now imagine you are walking down a road and you come to a fork. You get to chose which path to take. You look to the right and it seems very dark, very cold and very lonely. You look to the left, it also is dark but you can see a faint light in it. Which path are you going to take? I bet all of you answered the one that has a faint light. But we don't! We take the very dark, very cold and very lonely path. Because that path leads to worldly acceptance. The other path with the faint light is the way of the Lord. He doesn't have all the neon signs that light up the night sky for you see. He wants you to see a faint light and come into the bright righteous light. He wants you to chose Him. If you are reading this and you are on that very dark path, stop right where you are and turn around. He will light up the path back to Him. He is calling you. You are not reading this by mistake. He is using me to say, "I see you, come home. I am waiting for you." Have a blessed day! Rise up child of God, rise up!
