Now what to do?

Jesus has said, "It is finished." And now we go to Matthew 28. 1-Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalen and the other Mary came to cee the tomb. 2- And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angle of the Lord descended from heave, and came and rolled the stone from the door, and sat on it. I am going to stop for a moment, an angel from heaven had to roll the stone away as no man on earth could. And then he sat outside waiting for them to come. And I know in Luke it says two angels. One was inside the tomb and one waiting. 3- His countenance was like lightening and his clothing as white as snow, 4- and the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men. Again stopping for a moment, they knew what was said of the man that was just crucified and they didn't move or even breath like the dead. 5-But the angel answered and said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 6- He is not here; for He is risen, as He said, come see the place where the Lord lay. 7- And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you." 8- So they went out quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciples word. He is alive. But what do we do? If we go a little further, Jesus Himself, tells what we are to do. Let's jump over to verse 16. 16- Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. 17- When they saw Him, they worshipped Him; but some doubted. Again stopping for a moment. They had been with Jesus alive, crucified, death and resurrected back to life and they saw Him and they still doubted. Jesus has a special message for those of us that has never laid eyes on Him but feel His spirit. Lets jump over to John 20:29- "Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and YET have believed." That's for us. Ok let's go back to Matthew so we can find out what we are suppose to do. Matthew 28:18- And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19- Go therefore and make disciples of ALL nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20- teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of age." Amen. That is what we are suppose to do. Go out into the world and teach Jesus. But we are to teach what Jesus commanded not what we think it is. Let all God's children come together, get into His word, apply it to our lives and watch God's kingdom grow. Have a blessed day and rise up children of God, rise up!
