Merry Christmas!
Good morning brothers and sisters! What a day to rejoice!! Today is also the day that I start preparations for the New Year. It takes me seven days. You know why? Seven days of completion. This next year is the year of our Lord and Savior. This day starts us, Christians, rising up! Our voices will be heard! Not like in another country where you are arrested for silently praying alone. Yes it did happen. Today starts the preparation for us to not be afraid but to stand in love and boldness of Jesus Christ. But let's look at what starts the day! Luke 2:1-7. 1- And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. 2- This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. 3- So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city. 4- Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5- to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child, 6- So it was that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. 7- And she brought forth her first-born Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths and laid Him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn. Our Savior is here. Praise be to God!! He sent His Son to be born unto humans, to live and breath as we do. Take today just to praise Jesus for leaving His heavenly body and His heavenly home to save us! He came to save us! Have a very Merry Christmas! Time to rise up child of God, rise up!
