Living inside God's Will

Good Morning all. If you are reading this then you are truly blessed. Can I be completely honest here? Well, since you can not answer me as I am writing then if honesty offends you, then please stop reading. As I walk with Jesus, He changes me. He changes the way I think, the way talk, the way I act. And sometimes change is hard. Well, honesty right? It can be down right excruciating. It is painful. It is not pleasant. But as the change is occurring, you become more disciplined. But as He changes you, your prayer life changes also. I used to ask God for forgiveness and I still do. But as He changes me and I allow the Holy Spirit to guide my life, He corrects me in the moment and stops me from sinning. So as I grow, my prayer is no longer God forgive me.... But now my prayer is God keep me from stepping outside of your will. Stepping outside God's will for my life, separates me from God. And that lead me to this scripture: "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2. See, if we do not let the world change us and we allow God's word to transform us then look, I mean, look-ACCEPTABLE AND PERFECT WILL. And the Holy Spirit WILLL keep us from sinning. Now it is up to us if we listen to the Holy Spirit or not. And then He lead me to this. "And it happened, as He spoke these things, that a certain woman from the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, "Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts which nursed You!" But He said, "More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and OBEY it!" Luke 11:27-28. See when we hear God's voice and He commands us to do something, then it is our job to obey it. We don't get to change God's word to mean what we want it to me. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to teach us what God's word says and then obey it. Ask God today, what is YOUR will for my life? Then wait on Him to change you and you WILL walk in acceptable and perfect will of God. Have a blessed day! Rise up children of God, rise up!
