Leaping for joy

Good Morning all. I hope today finds you well. I know that I can say "It is well with my soul." I am so blessed again coffee and writing. My heart leaps for joy when God speaks to me and gives me the knowledge that only he can provide. So let's get into Luke again, I am starting with verse 39 still chapter 1. "At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judea, where she entered Zechariah's home and greeted Elizabeth. (This doesn't tell how far Mary had to travel but I bet it was longer than a country mile.) When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. (All Mary, who is carrying Jesus in her womb, had to do was say 'Hey Elizabeth, how are you? not in the Bible but a greeting none the less. And Elizabeth's spirit already knew who was in Mary's stomach. The baby, John the Baptist, that Elizabeth is carrying, knew who was in Mary's stomach. Neither baby is physically outside the womb. That only means that no matter where you are the spirit can minister to the spirit. What a powerful message if we would just hear it. The Spirit ministers to the Spirit. So please listen to what the Holy Spirit is telling you.) In a loud voice she exclaimed: 'Blessed are you among the women, and blessed is the child you will bear! But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Elizabeth knew that the baby in Mary's stomach was her Savior. Baby Jesus isn't even here yet. That is what following so close to God looks like. She didn't have to see the baby, she didn't need any miracles. She just had faith and knew what the Lord says he is going to do, HE WILL DO! She was so excited, it even tells us in a loud voice she exclaimed! When have you ever had that kind of faith? When have you ever just believed that Jesus would do what he says he is going to do and just step out of the boat and walk on the water?) And Mary said; 'My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. (He knows when we do what he ask. Is your soul glorifying? Is your spirit rejoicing?) From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me- holy is his name. (And she knew that we would always hold Mary in high regards because of her humble servant's heart and her faith). His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed might deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. (He uses the weak to make the strong fall. He uses the humble to bring down the proud. He uses what the world cast away to take down those the world accepts.) He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his descendants forever, just as he promised our ancestors.(Those same promises he made then are still true for us today. Do we have the kind of faith of Mary? Do we say where Lord and just go without question? Let's get out of our comfortable boats and get into the crashing waves where God uses us best.) Mary stayed with Elizabeth for about three months and then returned home. Guys let's have a faith so strong that we ignite a revival across the land. That people really do want to be Christ followers. Let's live what we believe. Have a blessed day!
