Judas arrives!
Good morning brothers and sisters. Now that my thorn in my side is ever present, what to do? Like I said yesterday, I have to love my Judas because Jesus loves my Judas. If I want forgiveness from my Lord and Savior, then I must extend forgiveness. Now we all know that the Spirit and the flesh are at war with each other. And let me tell you, there really is a war going on inside of me. But as I am learning to take my thoughts captive, learning to love those who hurt and betray me, the battle is even stronger. But I have to remember that I don't live for the flesh. I have been in prayer over this and will continue in prayer over this. This morning I am praying what it says in Galatians 5. 22- But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23- gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24- And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25- If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26- Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another. Until I see my Judas, I will practice the fruits of the Spirit so when that day comes, I will have self-control. I will not let the flesh win. I will extend mercy, grace and forgiveness just as it has been extended to me. Rise up child of God, rise up!
