Do we have it?

Good morning brothers and sisters. When something happened and I could not do anything about it, I cried out. I knew God was going to help me. He may not fix the problem but He gave me the wisdom on how to fix it. But help, He sure did. But I had faith that God was going to intervene. Now faith is something that you just have to believe in. You either have it or you don't. Faith can falter at times because of various reasons but you still have it. Faith is complete trust. I just got finished reading the parable about the persistent woman. She continuously went to the judge for justice. And finally the judge got justice for the woman because she wore him out. Let's look at what the judge said to her and what Jesus had to say. See the woman knew if she kept coming, something would be done. That's faith. Do we pray like that? Luke 18:6-8. 6- Then the Lord said, "Hear what the unjust judge said. 7- And shall God not avenge His own elect, though He bears long with them?" This tells me this woman believes in God. And the judge did not. And notice the judge knows that God bears long with us, which just means He is patient with us. It takes a lot for God to get angry. Now let's look at what Jesus said. 8- I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He REALLY find faith on earth?" Now that is my question. Will He? And you know God not only gave us Jesus as an example but a child's faith is so undeniable. They believe because the adults said so. That is good but also bad. We get to mold their little minds and if we mold them into the wrong thing, they will just accept it because they believe. Remember Jesus also says we do not enter the kingdom without child like faith. Luke 18:7- Assuredly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it." Those are the words of Jesus not mine. So do you have child like faith? And if Jesus were to return today, would He REALLY find faith in His children? Have a blessed day and rise up child of God, rise up!
